A diagnosis is an arrow pointing to how you can heal
— not a label that pigeon-holes you.
Opening yourself to receiving support requires an immense amount of courage. For this reason, I appreciate the willingness and trust of every client who comes into contact with me. I facilitate a process where people get to understand what they truly need and work on how to get their needs met. I work holistically. To me, this means that I support you as you integrate all parts of you — your logical sense, feelings, values, spirit and need for community.
Specializations: Substance abuse and co-occuring disorders, eating disorders, adult ADHD and post-trauma.
